NTI Remote Support

Remote Login Support Page

If you are an NTI customer and own one of our QuadStation desktop computers or laptops, we offer FREE remote tech support for you. If you have an issue with the hardware in your system and would like us to connect to your computer, please follow these instructions:

Stay here on this page and call us at 239.254.9206 to confirm that we have a technician available.

1. Open Chrome Browser (only).

2. Go to the NTI website at: www.NaplesTech.com

3. Scroll down to the flag icon at the bottom center of the page. Click on it.

4. Enter your 6 digit code provided to you by your technician in the box below:

5. Download the temp Support Logmein APP . A box should pop up prompting you to click SAVE.
NOTE WHERE YOU SAVE THE FILE in Downloads for example as you will need to click on it in the next step.
6. Open the location where you downloaded the file, such as DOWNLOADS. in Chrome that is found by clicking the 3 dots on the upper right of CHROME. See the DOWNLOADS link.

7.  Click on the file that you downloaded to RUN it, it will look like this.

Then you will see a box like the one below that pops up :

8. Click on OK on the next 2 boxes that pop up:

9. You will see this box that  shows your technician is connected:

NOTES

If you have Windows Firewall turned on, you may also need to click on Allow Access

When we are finished the session is closed we will disconnect leaving nothing behind on your computer.
