NTI's Exclusive Factory Restore Drives (FRD)

is the founder of the FRD Drive Recovery System. Others may
try to copy, but this technology is only found at NTI and it comes
FREE with all of our QuadStation Systems.
Every
QuadStation comes standard with a very unique second redundant hard drive in the
system called an FRD drive (Factory Restore Drive). What does that mean?
This is a second boot drive, so in the event of a hard drive or software failure simply
connect the included
FRD drive (with our free assistance if needed) and your
system will be restored back to factory state in minutes!
During production, after all quality control inspections have passed and
right before the system is prepared for packing, the hard drive is removed
and copied to a second drive (FRD). It is installed in the system but not
connected. Think of it like a safety net or redundancy in the event that
something goes wrong.

NTI understands that downtime, particularly for traders is not an option.
With this FRD drive you are back up and running as your system came from the
factory in less than 10 minutes. No need to reload the operating
system, component drivers or windows updates, we have already done that for
you saving you hours of time. Just reinstall your trading or other software
and you are back to work. What is the difference between an FRD
drive and RAID?
Since 98% of all system failures are software
related, a RAID array would not help you in the event of any software
corruption as it would COPY the problem to the second drive. RAID only
protects against hard drive failure but an FRD protects against
hard drive OR software (virus, application or WinXP
corruption etc) failure so you are covered no matter what. A very valuable feature preventing
you from critical down time.
